This weekend, visitors at Reaume Park will be able to see the Peace Fountain.
The City of Windsor said repairs are done now, and the popular attraction will be back in operation this weekend.
The city hired a contractor to refurbish the fountain earlier this spring, but when the work started, the contractor found significant damage to the pumps. The parts had to be shipped in from Germany.
It did not expect to have the fountain up and running until July.
Usually, it is turned on in time for the May long weekend.
