A man police believe to be a serial offender has been located and charged.
On Monday afternoon police caught a man who was wanted in connection with a string of sexual offences across the Windsor area.
The suspect was originally wanted after police said he sexually assaulted a teenager in Willistead park on November 7.
The next day he allegedly walked into a business on Tecumseh Road and exposed himself to a female worker.
Jordan Page, 36, was located in the area of Goyeau Street and University Avenue and was arrested without incident. He is facing a charge of sexual assault and two charges of an indecent act.
