Investigators said she was approached by an unknown man riding a bike and he began accosting her and making inappropriate comments. She said she continued walking away and that’s when the male touched her inappropriately from behind. Police add the female then confronted the male and he took off.

The suspect is described as white, 35-40 years old, with a skinny build, thin hair and a receding hairline. He was last seen wearing a dark orange sweatshirt, light gray jogging pants and was riding a purple mountain bike.
