A Sarnia dentist facing assault charges will learn his fate in the fall.
Kevin Fareed Bacchus appeared in Superior Court last week in connection with an incident in 2019.
At around 4 p.m. on October 5, Sarnia police and EMS were called to a home in the 1100 Block of Parkland Place. Police said a 37-year-old man was taken to hospital and treated for serious injuries.
Bacchus was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
A five-day trial into the matter concluded on Friday, June 17. A decision is set for September 30.
