A 30-year-old Sarnia man, charged in the city’s first homicide in three years, made a brief video court appearance again Thursday morning.
Matthew Gerard Theriault, in orange prison clothes with an arm still in a cast, was remanded again in custody until May 9 to allow for disclosure.
He's charged with second degree murder in the death of 26-year-old Jesse Mowat-Caudle.
Caudle died in London hospital the morning after a violent altercation between two men on Maxwell Street near St. Vincent Street April 17.
Caudle was found lying on the ground with critical injuries outside a residence.
