Shooting victim dies of injuries

A man who was shot near a Tim Hortons in London's east end has now died of his injuries.

Police were called to 2094 Dundas Street at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

Police said 21-year-old Christopher Clements-Card of London was rushed to hospital, but has died of his injuries.

According to police, their investigation has found that three men in a silver, four-door sedan confronted the victim and another person in the parking lot before they fled in the vehicle.

The vehicle believed to be involved in the incident was located a short distance away from the scene of the shooting.

Officers do not believe this was a random shooting and are looking for three people in connection with the incident:

  • The driver of the silver vehicle is described as Caucasian, approximately 5’9” tall, slim, with reddish-blond or light brown hair that is short on the sides.
  • The second occupant is described as a black male with black hair in corn rows.
  • The third occupant is described as a Caucasian male with a dark complexion, short dark hair, and a full beard.
