A 33-year-old London man is facing charges after a break-in at an east-end Beer Store.
A citizen called London police around 12:20am on Monday after spotting a man running from the building at 552 Hamilton Rd., carrying what appeared to be stolen merchandise.
Police arrested a man matching the suspect description nearby. The man allegedly provided a false name, but through further investigation officers were able to determine his real identity.
The man is charged with break and enter, public mischief trying to divert suspicion from himself, and failure to comply with recognizance.
