London police say two people were taken to hospital following a crash on the north end.

London Mayor Josh Morgan introduced a series of measures Monday he hopes will help lower the projected tax increases in the remaining years of the multi-year budget.

The increase marks the third time since 2019 Canada Post has raised postage rates.

The incident happened at a property on Chestnut Street in St. Thomas on Sunday.

One spot is on York Street between Clarence and Wellington streets and the other is on Talbot Street from John to Mill streets.
