A woman has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a motorcycle crash in Middlesex Centre.
The Ontario Provincial Police says on Sunday around 12:44pm, a blue Kawasaki motorcycle was travelling east on Medway Rd., when the vehicle struck the gravel shoulder near Olalondo Rd. The motorcyclist, a 57-year-old woman from Middlesex Centre. was thrown from the vehicle and struck a sign post.
The woman has been taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
The roadway was closed while officers conducted an investigation, but it has since been reopened.
