The Lakeshore Canadiens topped the Exeter Hawks 5-2 in Game 5 on Friday.
Jake Nimmo led Lakeshore with a hat-trick, while Ameen Fadel and Eric Larue both scored once.
The Canadiens currently lead the best-of-seven series 3-2.
The two teams face off in Game 6 on Saturday at 7 p.m. in Exeter.
