The Leamington Flyers topped the Komoka Kings 4-1 in Game 5 on Thursday.
Johnny Ulicny led Leamington with two goals, while Zach Taylor and Michael Andrews both scored once.
The Kings lead the best-of-seven series 3-2.
The two teams face off in Game 6 on Saturday. The puck drops at 7:15 p.m. in Komoka.
