The Essex 73's doubled the Wheatley Sharks 4-2 in Junior C hockey on Tuesday.
Adam Gaiarin, Dallas Anderson, William Stadder and Owen Meyerink each scored once for Essex.
Cole Butler and Alixe Saliba scored the two goals for Wheatley.
The Sharks return home on Wednesday to battle the Lakeshore Canadiens at 7:30 p.m. And then on Saturday, the 73's are in Mooretown to take on the Flags at 7:30 p.m.
