The AKO Fratmen Football Club has a new home base.
The team will be training and operating out of EJ Lajeunesse High School, even though it will continue to play its games at Windsor Stadium.
Team President and Owner Mike Morencie says renovations being done at the stadium have created a bit of a headache. "It's nobody's fault. It's just the negotiations with the lease thing with the (public) school board (for Windsor Stadium) went a little later than everybody envisioned, and it really tied us to almost a bad situation where it was like, 'Hey we got to move you guys out of here.'"
The Fratmen open training camp on July 20, with their first game scheduled for August 16.
