A rough second period saw the Windsor Spitfires lose 9-3 to the Guelph Storm in OHL action on Thursday.
Windsor was able to tie the game 1-1 by the end of the first period, but the Storm scored a massive six goals in the second to take a 7-1 lead going into the third. In the final period, both teams scored two goals each, ensuring Guelph's win.
Lucas Venuto, Jamie Lewis and Cristiano DiGiacinto each scored one for Windsor.
The Spitfires will face off against the Erie Otters on Saturday at 7pm.
