The road to repeat starts tonight, as Windsor hosts Mississauga in round one of the NBLC playoffs.
The Express will be without the services of DeAndre Thomas through the first round after the centre suffered a mild ankle sprain and then battled pneumonia until earlier this week.
Head Coach Bill Jones says they'll miss having the big man in the post, but his team's taking the 'next man up' approach. "We'll have Tim Parham, Kirk Williams Jr., Chris Commons and Kevin Loiselle to be able to step up, and not do what DeAndre does, but just do what they do and do it at a high level."
