Essex Takes Series Lead

The Essex 73’s have taken a 2-0 series lead in their opening round playoff series against Mooretown.

Essex beat the Flags 7-4 thanks to three goals and an assist for Michael Vieira.

Matthews Hebert added two goals for the 73’s while teammate Noah Hedrick made 15 saves.

Game three in the best-of-seven series goes Friday night back in Essex.
