Damage estimated at $400K after house fire in Walkerville

Damage is being estimated at $400,000 after a fire early Friday morning in the Walkerville area.

Firefighters responded to the blaze around 2 a.m. at a home on Pierre Avenue, not far from Niagara Street and Erie Street.

The cause of the fire is being listed as accidental.

No injuries are reported but one person has been displaced.
