New Beginnings is looking for donations of formal wear for the annual Say Yes to the Prom Dress Event.
On Saturday, March 25, youth from the community will be able to select one free dress for formal events like prom and graduation.
The organization is looking for donations of new or used dresses from sized 0 to 26.
Donations of raffle items from hair or nail salons and restaurant gift certificates are also being collected. Each person who attends the event will be entered into a draw to win these items to help make their formal experience a dream come true.
Donations can be dropped off Monday- Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at either of the New Beginnings locations on Highland Avenue and Janette Avenue.
Donations will be accepted until March 17, 2023.
