Windsor-Essex Children's Aid is launching a new program to help teens transition to adulthood.
The Bridge of Hope Program offers support to youth to finish school, pursue post-secondary education, enter a trade, or secure employment. The program also offers financial, social, and mental health support.
"This is designed specifically to help those youth get to the finish line where they might have too many obstacles and barriers to even get out of the starting gate," said Derrick Drouillard, executive director of the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society.
The program was made possible through a $300,000 donation from TD Bank Group.

The donation will support the program for three years.
