The Windsor Police Service is looking for a suspect who allegedly defrauded multiple banks out of $32,000.
According to police, on January 4 and 7, a woman used a counterfeit Ontario driver's licence to get eight cash advances.
The suspect is described as a 40-50-year-old white woman with brown hair and blond highlights. She wears glasses with thin black frames. Investigators believe she is driving a black or navy blue 2021-2023 Ford Edge or Explorer.
Anyone who can identify the suspect is asked to contact the Financial Crimes Unit at 519-255-6700, ext. 4330, or contact Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477 (TIPS).
