A pedestrian in Tecumseh is lucky their injuries were minor, but now, they face a charge under the Highway Traffic Act.
Just after 6 p.m. on Thursday, the Ontario Provincial Police got a call a vehicle hit a pedestrian on Manning Road at St. Gregory's Road.
Officers and paramedics arrived on the scene, and after police investigated, they charged the pedestrian with disobeying a "don't walk" signal.
The OPP hasn't said if the driver of the vehicle faces charges.
