Three arrested following Windsor break-and-enter

Windsor police have arrested three people following a break-in earlier this week.

Officers were called around 1 p.m. Monday to a home on Ford Boulevard near Empress Street. A witness told police they had seen three people enter a house from the rear.

It was soon determined that someone was home at the time of the incident, according to Constable Bianca Jackson. Officers soon surrounded the house and arrested the trio.

No one was injured.

A 36-year-old Windsor man and a 58-year-old Emeryville man are each charged with break-and-enter. A 40-year-old Windsor man is charged with break-and-enter, uttering threats, and assault with a weapon.

The charges have yet to be proven in court.
