Stephanie Mason-Rogers won $100,000 on an Instant Bingo Doubler.
According to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), the odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.86.
Mason-Rogers purchased the $5 scratch ticket at the CNIB kiosk in Walmart on Dougall Avenue.
