UPDATE: Firefighters kept busy Thursday with four fires in 15 hours

Windsor fire investigators are working to determine the cause and damage estimates of four fires that broke out Thursday.

Crews responded to the fires within a span of 15 hours in various sections of the city.

The first one was reported at around 3 a.m. Thursday on County Road 42 between Lauzon Road and County Road 11. No injuries were reported but a cause was not readily available as of Thursday evening

The second one broke out about an hour later on Tuscarora Street in Downtown Windsor, between Mercer Street and Glengarry Avenue.

Then, at around 2 p.m., crews were called back to the downtown core for a fire at the former Windsor Arena.

Finally, a fire was reported shortly after 4 p.m. at the Novolletto Sports Complex in Mac Mac Park on the west end.
