A 32-year-old man is facing multiple charges after a stabbing sent one person to the hospital.
It happened shortly after 3 a.m. Wednesday in the area of McKay Avenue and College Avenue.
Windsor police officers arrived and found a man suffering from stab wounds. He was rushed to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Officers from the Forensic Identification Unit were on scene to collect evidence.
Police were able to get information on a suspect, who was found in the area at around 4:45 a.m., according to Constable Talya Natyshak.
A Windsor man has been charged with assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, and failure to comply with an undertaking. These charges have not been proven in court.
The Major Crime Unit has asked anyone living or with a business in the area to check security camera footage and give them a call if anything unusual is seen.
