The city's public drop-off and haz-mat disposal depots are closed Saturday, but open Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The 311 Call Centre is closed both Saturday and Monday. The 211 call centre will operate 24/7 as usual.

All Windsor indoor arenas, community centres, swimming pools, and customer-care branches are closed until further notice.  Adventure Bay Family Water Park is also closed. Outdoor skating at Charles Clark Square and Lanspeary Park are closed until the city announces adjusted hours to reflect current lockdown policies.

There is no parking enforcement in Windsor on Boxing Day or on Monday. Street parking will be free, and the parking enforcement payment office will be closed. Garages and service lots will charge for parking as usual.
