Four charged after drug and weapon seizure in Kingsville

Ontario Provincial Police say four people have been charged following a raid Friday in Kingsville.

Officers from the Essex County Community Street Crime Unit searched a home on Stewart Street and seized undisclosed quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and hydromorphone. Police say they also seized a set of brass knuckles, a replica pistol, and Canadian cash.

Christopher Reimer, 37, of Kingsville is charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, unauthorized possession of a weapon, and failure to comply with a court order.

Cari Caza, 38, of Kingsville is also charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, along with unauthorized possession of a weapon.

Teresa Kennedy, 54, of Kingsville and April Church, 39, of Leamington are each charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

These charges have not been proven in court. The four defendants will have a chance to respond to the charges in a Windsor courtroom on December 7.
