Damage is pegged around $300,000 after a housefire in Windsor Saturday evening.
They were called to a home on Lloyd George Boulevard between Rose Street and Tecumseh Road East around 8 p.m.
The home was engulfed when they arrived, and crews got the fire under control by 9:30 p.m.

According to Windsor Fire, the fire started in the kitchen when oil in a pan ignited. The cause is listed as accidental.
There were no injuries however the fire displaced three people and a dog.
