Police look to identify theft suspect

Windsor police are looking to identify a suspect wanted in connection to a stolen wallet and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Officers were called to a business on Wyandotte Street East near Pilette Road after a report of a theft on July 2.

An employee reported he noticed his wallet missing and after watching the surveillance footage saw an unknown male leaving with the wallet around 4 p.m.

Police learned the man used the victim's credit card to make purchases at another business.

The suspect is described as a white male, early 20s, medium height and build. At the time of the incident he was wearing a black hat with a red Toronto Raptors logo, a t-shirt with the words Calvin Klein Jeans on the front, black shorts and red/black running shoes.
