The January figures showed that the total of monthly listings for January 2020 was 536, down almost 6.8 per cent from the year before. However, at the time WECAR released the sales report, there was a total of 760 listings in Windsor-Essex.

A total of 301 properties were sold in January, a 21.6 per cent decline from the 384 sold in January 2019.
