County star Justin Moore to play Colosseum

Caesars Windsor has announced Justin Moore, the chart-topping country star, will perform at the Colosseum on January 23.

Moore's new album Late Nights and Longnecks tips its cap to fellow country music artists like Alan Jackson and George Strait. It is described as a "no-frills portrait of small-town life and big-time dreams that's not afraid to let its hair down and party at the end of a hard day's work."

Moore's songs have been downloaded more than a billion times on on-demand and programmed streams.

The Arkansas native grew up idolizing Dwight Yoakam and Keith Whitley.

His first number one was "Small Town USA" off his self-titled debut album. The record went platinum, along with its follow up "Outlaws Like Me" in 2011. In 2016, he released his third collection called "Off The Beaten Path," which contained his third straight number one hit "Kinda Don't Care."

Moore was named New Artist of the Year at the American Country Awards in 2014.

Tickets are on sale at the Colosseum Box Office and online at caesarswindsor.com or ticketmaster.ca.

The box office is on the second floor of the main casino building.
