A routine traffic stop in Windsor has resulted in drug charges for three men.

Windsor police officers on traffic enforcement duty Monday night stopped a2007 Dodge Ram pickup on Vera Place off Church Street near the downtown core. Officers recognized one of the men in the vehicle as someone wanted on a series of warrants.

Once this was confirmed, the man was arrested. While searching him, a quantity of oxycodone and cocaine were found, along with a digital scale and an undisclosed amount of cash. The vehicle was then searched, and police uncovered methamphetamines and more cocaine, as well as some cell phones.

Daniel Kishore, 22, from Toronto and Martin Marshall, 48, from Windsor are each charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for trafficking. Jasean King, 21, is charged with three additional counts of the same charge. None of the charges have been proven in court.
