A 61-year-old Windsor man is facing accusations of possessing child pornography.
The Windsor Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit began an investigation in July 2019. On Tuesday, October 1, 2019, officers arrested a man on Chippawa Street around 8:30 am.
Around 9:30 investigators searched a home where a computer and several storage devices were seized.
The suspect, 61-year-old Thomas Partington, is charged with possession of child pornography, transmitting child pornography, and accessing child pornography.
Police do not believe any local children were involved in the alleged offences.
