A Windsor man is facing charges after a break-in at a business on Dougall Avenue Friday morning.
Windsor police responded to an alarm around 2:15 a.m. with patrol officers and the K-9 unit.
Officers announced the presence of the dogs and the suspect turned himself over to police.
He was arrested without incident and is facing charges of break and enter and possessing break-in tools. The 34-year-old male was released on a promise to appear.
