Alishia Liolli's remains arrive in Bahamian capital

Almost two weeks after Hurricane Dorian slammed into the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas, the body of Alishia Liolli is in Nassau.

The LaSalle woman died during the devastating storm over the Labour Day weekend, and her family is still working to repatriate her body.

Liolli's mother, Josie McDonagh, told BlackburnNews.com the body of her daughter was flown from the Abaco Islands to a funeral home in the nation's capital Wednesday night.

However, McDonagh said the family still does not know when the body will arrive in Canada for a funeral and interment.
