All severe thunderstorm warnings have now ended for Windsor-Essex, Western Middlesex County and Chatham-Kent.
Environment Canada said on Wednesday afternoon that meteorologists were tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to nickel size hail and heavy rain.
All warnings were ended before 5:30 p.m.
The Office of the Fire Marshal and Emergency Management recommends that you take cover immediately if threatening weather approaches.
