Two young boys who were the subject of an Amber Alert early Thursday morning have been found safe and in good health.

York Regional Police tweeted out just before 5 a.m. that police in Toronto located the boys, aged two and four, and their 70-year-old grandfather while they were driving on Lakeshore Boulevard.

An Amber Alert was issued for the two boys at around 3 a.m. after there was some concern for their safety.

York Regional Police are also thanking the public for its assistance.
