A crash in Windsor involving a transport truck and what appears to be a mobility chair snarled traffic on the east side all Friday afternoon.
Eastbound lanes of Tecumseh Road at Jefferson Boulevard were closed for about four hours but have reopened.
The accident happened just before 1 p.m. on Friday.
Police have not confirmed if anyone was struck.
