U.S. sales of two Windsor-built minivans had mixed results in May.
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has reported that the Dodge Grand Caravan saw American sales rise by nine per cent from 15,487 to 16,809.
However, U.S. sales of the Chrysler Pacifica dropped 26 per cent from 11,151 to 8,232.
In Canada, last month's sales of the Grand Caravan went from 3,277 to 2,407 when compared with May 2018 results. That's a 27 per cent decrease.
Canadian sales of the Pacifica were hit with a 25 per cent drop from 717 to 537.
Year to date sales for the Pacifica in the U.S. are well behind what they were at this time last year with a 29 per cent decrease.
Grand Caravan sales in America also took a 15 per cent hit during the first five months of the year.
In Canada, Pacifica year to date sales are down 55 per cent, while Grand Caravan sales are down 28 per cent since January.
