Workforce WindsorEssex is making it easier for those looking for a job to find the right one.
It has launched the region's largest job board called "WEjobs".
It aggregates local job postings from 14 national, provincial and local job boards to create a one-stop site for job seekers.
In February, Workforce WindsorEssex launched WEmap jobs displaying job postings and linking users to 18 employment-related services.
The tool is interactive, allowing users to search, sort, and filter through more than 2,300 job postings.
One filter allows users to perform quick searches for bridge jobs, apprenticeships, French jobs, and even upcoming job fairs.
Starting this May, the agency will be publishing monthly job demand reports detailing statistics like total jobs posted, average posting length, top occupations posted, and top hiring employers.
A second report will show who is looking for work in Windsor-Essex including their genders, age, and what jobs get the most interest.
The WEjobs board tool is also available in more than 100 languages.
