Police now believe more suspects are involved in a Windsor stabbing

Windsor police are asking for the public's help as officers continue searching for multiple suspects in a stabbing.

Police said a man was assaulted and stabbed on California Avenue just south of Davis Street on Thursday at approximately 6 p.m. after an argument in a parking lot. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators said four male suspects are believed to be involved and were seen in a black Ford Escape, possibly a 2008 model (surveillance photo of the suspect vehicle can be seen above). A weapon was not recovered.

The first suspect, the driver, is described as a white man, around 16 years old, approximately 5'10" and 150 pounds, with short brown spiky hair, and was wearing jeans and a black hooded sweater with a large "Levi's" emblem on the front.

Suspect #2 is a male with darker skin, possibly black, approximately 16 years old, around 5'10" and 150 pounds, with short curly or wavy black hair, and was wearing a black long sleeve t-shirt.

The third suspect is a male, around 16 years old, approximately 5'10" and 150 pounds, with short black groomed hair, and was wearing a white hoodie and jeans.

Suspect #4 is only described as a white man.
