The Ontario Provincial Police have charged Bob Kissner with two new sex-related charges after a new complainant came forward.
The former Kingsville fire chief's lawyer Ken Marley said on Thursday that Kissner was charged last week with one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference.
Marley could not say if the victims male or female or if they were underage at the time of the alleged offence.
Kissner will appear in court for the first time on the new charges on April 10.
On April 16, a Windsor judge is expected to make a ruling on 17 other charges including sexual assault, sexual interference, and sexual exploitation involving eight victims.
