Duke Bracaj is charged with two counts apiece of possession of a firearm without a licence, as well as unsafe storage of a firearm. He is also accused of possession of a firearm while prohibited. These charges have yet to be proven in court.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information on this matter is asked to call Windsor police at (519) 255-6700, ext. 4361 or Crime Stoppers at (519) 258-TIPS (8477).
