A woman is facing charges following a stabbing Friday night in east Windsor.
According to Windsor police, the incident happened around 8 p.m. at a home on Thornberry Cresent, just east of Jefferson Avenue.
When police arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering non-life threatening injuries. As of Sunday morning, the victim remained in hospital in stable condition.
Police believe the incident was a domestic dispute. As a result, a woman has been charged with two counts of assault with a weapon. Police are not looking for any other suspects.
It was the second such incident in Windsor within 24 hours. Police continue to investigate after a man suffered life-threatening injuries following a stabbing downtown on Friday.
