Juan Pattillo's double-double helped propel the Windsor Express to a 100-92 win over the Titans in Kitchener Saturday night.
It's the fourth win in a row for Windsor, and their sixth win out of the last seven contests. Their record in the NBL Canada standings is now 10-8.
Pattillo scored 30 points in leading the Express on offence, and he also led in defence with 14 rebounds. Horace Wormely also scored a double-double for Windsor, with 18 points and 12 assists. Chris Jones scored 16 points off the bench.
Justin Strings' 18 points led the Titans. He also had seven rebounds. Ashton Smith added 17 points, and Derek Hall sank 14, leading defensively with eight boards.
The Express began the game by outscoring the Titans 29-22 in the opening quarter and held a 46-44 lead at halftime. Kitchener-Waterloo got a slight 25-23 third-quarter lead, but Windsor pushed back to get the win down the stretch.
Windsor finishes the home-and-away series with the Titans Tuesday night at the WFCU Centre.
