The Ontario Provincial Police say a vehicle was clocked going 140 kilometres per hour on County Road 22.
Officers pulled over the vehicle around 1:30 a.m. last Saturday morning in Lakeshore.
The speed limit is 80 km/h.
Kodie Delisle, 21, of Norfolk County is charged with racing a motor vehicle. Police also impounded his vehicle and suspended his driver's license.
