Windsor man with 16 arrest warrants caught

A Windsor man wanted on several outstanding arrest warrants has been caught and faces more charges.

Justin Loma, 31, of Windsor was spotted by police on Tuesday night on Wyandotte Street near Parent Avenue. Police said he allegedly attempted to flee and resisted arrest but was subdued after a brief struggle. Officers searched the suspect and allegedly found some fentanyl. The suspect had a total of 16 arrest warrants with six of them issued by Windsor police.

Loma is charged with resisting arrest, possession of suspected fentanyl, and breach of court orders to be lawful.

None of the allegations have been proven in court.
