Nobody was hurt but several people were displaced.

It took 44 firefighters to put out the blaze.

The fire was declared out around 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Damaged was initially estimated at $1.2 million.

Lee adds the units were old but in compliance with the Ontario building code.

He said everyone is insured.

Lee adds that the units will likely be demolished.

Investigation concluded Monday evening, but is expected to resume Tuesday morning.
