Potential postal disruption gives Enwin customers options

Windsor's utility provider says customers have a variety of options for payment if there's a postal disruption.

Enwin Utilities is encouraging their customers to explore various alternatives for accessing bill information and making payments in the event of a potential labour dispute from Canada Post, which could begin experiencing rotating strikes as soon as midnight Monday.

The utility says even during a postal disruption, customers can use an assortment of convenient payment options to ensure that their payments are processed on time, and the risk of disconnection due to non-payment can be lowered despite a Canada Post strike.

These alternatives include setting up a pre-authorized payment plan, using telephone or internet banking to process Enwin payments through your financial institution, and ENWINconnect, the customer service portal where people can view and print their account information anytime 24/7.

If customers have any questions or concerns, or who aren't handy with a computer and need assistance, Enwin's customer service call centre is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at (519) 255-2727.
