The Windsor Police Service is still looking for information that will lead to the arrest of murder suspect Mohamud Abukar Hagi.
Hagi is wanted on charges of first-degree murder in the death of Luis Acosta-Escobar on December 22, 2007.
The Windsor Police Service Board renewed a $10,000 reward for information leading to Hagi's whereabouts. Since 2007, there have been reports that he was in the Toronto area but police have also received tips that he may have returned to Windsor.
Hagi, otherwise known has “O.O”, “Uh Oh” or “Jamal”, is around 5’9" and weighs 160-190 lbs.
Anyone with information or tips that could lead to his whereabouts are asked to call the Windsor Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
